The SIEC Management team handles the day to day operations of the Cooperative.
Executive Vice-President & General Manager
David has been working in the electric utility industry for twelve years both in the investor owned and member owned sectors. His experience in the industry consists of generation & transmission as well as distribution of power.
He served in the United States Air Force for four years and later graduated from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
Since employed at SIEC, David has successfully completed the National Rural Electric Cooperatives Association’s Management Internship Program (MIP) and Certified Financial Professional Certificate (CFPC) program. David formerly served as the CFO.
David also serves as a director for the Southern Illinois Power Cooperative.
David enjoys golfing, following the St. Louis Cardinals baseball team and spending time with his family and friends.
Director of Administration & Finance
Julie Wilke joined the cooperative in May 2018. She graduated from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale in May 1995 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. She began her career at a regional public accounting firm where she obtained her CPA license. She worked in public accounting until 2004 when she began work at Electric Energy, Inc. in Joppa, Illinois. She worked in the electric utility industry for 14 years prior to joining SIEC.
Julie and her husband David reside in rural Massac County. They have two children, Tanner and Sydney.
Julie enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.
P.E., Director of Engineering
Mike Logeman serves as Director of Engineering and has been with the Cooperative since 1993. Mike has a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Illinois.
Mike resides in rural Massac County, where he assists with managing his family’s grain and livestock farm. He enjoys sports and working with youth in his local church and community.
Director of Human Resources & Administrative Services
Bree began her career at Southern Illinois Electric Cooperative in 2003. During this time, she has worked in the positions of Clerk, Office Services Representative, Payroll and Capital Credit Specialist and her current position of Director of Human Resources and Administrative Services.
Bree received a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations and a minor in Social Work from Southeast Missouri State University in 2000.
Director of Member Services
Brent is a 2016 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Finance. Prior to that he attended Anna Jonesboro Community High School and then earned his Associate’s Degrees in both Arts & Science from Shawnee Community College while on a baseball scholarship.
He spent 7 years working in the financial services industry before coming to SIEC.
In his spare time, Brent enjoys spending time with his wife, being outdoors hunting, fishing, or playing golf. He attends Cobden First Baptist Church and is a life-long St. Louis Cardinals fan.

Director of Operations & Maintenance
Todd started with the coop in November of 1999 as custodian. Since then, he worked on the brush crew, became a Journeyman Lineman, and Warehouse/Purchase Agent. He started his current position, Director of Operations and Maintenance, on February 24, 2019.
Todd received his degree, Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering, from Murray State University in 1995. He is a member of Pulaski Christian Church and Pulaski County Fair Association. He resides in Pulaski on his family farm. He enjoys time on the farm with his family.
