We have heard from a member that they received a call from someone saying they are with the Coop and that they are going to be disconnected if they don’t pay them a given amount right then, over the phone with a credit card number. Please know that SIEC will never put our members in this situation – we will not call you to say disconnection is imminent unless you pay us over the phone right then.
