For the safety of our employees and members during the COVID-19 outbreak, the Southern Illinois Electric Cooperative (SIEC) lobby will be closed to the public beginning Wednesday, March 18, 2020. Our goal is to continue to serve our members while taking precautionary measures to prevent the spread of the virus.
Members can still make payments and manage their accounts through Smarthub, via mail, over the phone, or in the night deposit box.
While the lobby will not be accessible, we are available to take your calls for normal business during normal business hours.
If you experience a power outage or other emergency, please call SIEC at 1-800-762-1400. We are available 24-hours a day to take these types of calls.
